Description

Organic A2 Bilona Ghee is made from fresh Gir cow milk. The milk is boiled, allowed to naturally cool to room temperature, and then cultured using natural starter to make yoghurt within the night. In pre-dawn hours (4 am - 6 am), this curd gets churned by hand using a traditional ‘Bilona’ technique that entails slow stirring done in a right-left fashion to separate yellow raw butter.
